Seniors can speak with nurses and social workers who provide: mental health assessment and guidance, crisis intervention support, information about available mental health and social services for older adults, navigation assistance to appropriate resources, and referrals to specialized services. Service available in French and English. Professionals provide personalized support and can help seniors experiencing depression, anxiety, confusion, isolation, or other mental health concerns. Can also assist with situations involving elder abuse, caregiver stress, and accessing community resources. Service aims to ensure seniors receive appropriate care and support in timely manner.
